After my local Kawasaki Dealer was unable to program a new fob on my 2009 Kawasaki Concours 14 due to a virus destroying their install of KDS-3 years ago, I gave up on getting a fob registered.. until I tried this unit - after some troubleshooting with the process, I was able to almost instantly register my new FOB as a temporary immobilizer key and then as a full FOB. Pro Tip: take the battery out of your working FOB, turn the ignition off, wait for full off (like 5 seconds), then use the RFID in the FOB to unlock the ignition and turn it back on. Once you do this, follow the normal onscreen instructions. Also, I needed to order the M008 adapter as well in addition to this kit, which worked like a charm!
